q Degree in computer science
q Excellent written & verbal communications skills including English
q Team building and good communication skills
q Flexibility to travel within China on a regular basis and to International locations occasionally.
q Working experience within an industrial environment is preferred
q 1+ year experience:
e) installing and supporting PCs
f) installing and configuring server operating systems including Windows
g) supporting a Citrix thin client based environment
h) knowledge of Windows based software packages – MS Office, Lotus Notes etc
i) VMWare server environment work experience
； Familiar with Information technology trends, including network, telecommunication, ERP, software development, database, hardware and software.


职位职责：； Ensuring that the following services are provided in a timely and professional manner:
e) Help desk call resolution
f) PC’s and other hardware setup and installations
g) Server backups (in accordance with backup procedures)
h) Appropriate level of support for production system computer
； Ensuring that:
e) co-ordinating user training Vesuvius IT standards set by the Technical Infrastructure Group are adhered to and implemented
f) The appropriate level of cover is in place for local and wide area networks, servers and other hardware and software
g) Hardware and disaster recovery procedures are documented
h) Only licensed software is used and that regular audits are carried out to verify that Vesuvius meets its legal requirements
Specific Technical Areas of Responsibility:
； Technical lead for:
1. Citrix
2. Telephone system
3. Surveillance system
4. Altiris – ensuring all hardware and software inventories are up to date
5. Operating Systems – Windows
6. Regional Primary support for Backup , HP DataProtector, vRanger
7. Regional Backup support for Websense, Trend OfficeScan, WSUS, VPN accounts
