Responsibility:--Responsible for all direct materials of Vitreous China plant and Shower enclosure plant, including develop new supplier, negotiate cost, terms and conditions.--Make and implement commodity strategy for Great China region.--Work closely with R&D department and product manager to make sure new products can be launched on schedule and within budget.--Build and maintain good relationship with suppliers.--Make and implement cost reduction plan.Requirement:--Bachelor degree or above, Engineering background preferred.--Five years experience in sourcing or supply chain management, sanitary industry preferred.--Good international trading knowledge； Interpersonal skills, team player, commitment and business oriented.--Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
