岗位要求：

1.大本或以上学历，工业工程等相关专业
2.3年以上相关工作经验，有劳动密集型企业或大型手工公司工业工程部门经理经验优先
3.英语良好

5. 具备管理技能（人员管理、决策、问题解决及项目管理等）

Responsibilities:
-Manage the industrial engineering TEAM in DT
-Be responsible for the definition of standard times, bills of materials and working instructions
-Be responsible for leading projects of process and time improvement in the production
-Be responsible for the process industrialization of new items
-Be responsible for cost accounting, data analysis,
-Be responsible for defining layouts, investments

Requirement:

*Education background: University Graduate in Industrial Engineering
*Working experience: >= 3 years, in labor intensive companies or large handcraft companies as an industrial engineering manager
*English: good
*Specific Knowledge:
-Industrialization management
-Working instructions； standard operating procedures； Lean Manufacturing
-Industrial accounting and costing
