Accomplish teams tasks according to companys rule and under instruction of technical manager.Coaching binder & batch shop workers and conduct process technical tasks and trouble shooting and prepare countermeasure plan, budgeting and leading CI project

Establishment of standard operation sheet and specification with cooperation with central team.Mentor of binder shop trainer



Job Responsibilities:

1.Ensure Safety and Quality in place on Batch & Binder process

2.Coach and guide standard work and technical skills on shop floor.

3.Initiate Batch, binder mixing process improvement

4.Provide expertise in specific engineering discipline

5.Conduct specification & procedure establishment and documentation update

6.Communicate technical subject between team and follow up

7.Leads production change planning and follow up (Binder workshop)

8.Handle batch formulation and batch material change with central team

9.Implement CI, Standard work, ISO system, AM program

10.Conduct mfg cost reduction & energy saving project and follow up

11.Conduct trouble shooting and countermeasure plan and implementation

12.Report team performance and manufacturing data


Qualifications

1.Over Bachelors degree of University in engineering section, preferred chemical or mechanical engineering

2.Over 3 years related work experience and training capability

3.Positive and creative mind for all the process improvement

4.Sensibility for the process variation and quality check

5.Carefulness for a accurate quality check

6.English : Good in communication and composition

7.Computer: MS Office & Power point, SAP, Auto CAD
