BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES
负责所在区域流程改善、质量改进及产品改良，不断完善生产流程，改进产品质量。
Responsible for polishing up the process and improving the quality for one or some areas.
TARGETS
分析生产流程，提出改进建议并跟进实施，追踪结果，为优化生产流程提出数据支持。
Analyze the production process, and give the advance advice and conduct it.
及时预防、发现、分析、处置、生产制程中的主要问题，防止质量事故的发生，对主要产品和薄弱环节进行重点督导，使制程过程处于受控状态。
Prevent/ find out/ analyze/deal with the main problem during the precess, prevent the quality accident, monitor the main production and weak tache, and then make the process to be controlled.
管理AHU运行状态，对成型车间的温湿度环境进行预控和调控；管理干燥房运行状态，对坯体的强制干燥环境进行调控，确保坯体干燥过程受控。
Pre-control and adjust the casting environment of casting shop by AHU . Pre-control and adjust force-dryer process of clay wares , make the dryer process to be controlled .
及时分析生产数据，确定与改进薄弱环节，对重点产品进行重点监督跟进，组织质量攻关，推广先进工艺。
Analyze the production data in time, fix on and improve the weak tache, follow up the main production, tackle key problem and push the advance process.
对合理配置相关资源提出合理建议，如：人力、模具、物料、设备、场地等，协调相关事宜。
Give the reansonal suggestion of the related resource. For example: the powerman/ the mold/ the material/ the equipment/ the location and so on.
应届毕业生需要进行2年的轮岗培训工作；
Fresh graduates need to be rotational training work for 2 years
完成经理交给的临时性工作。
Finish all provisionality task from manager.
改进改善，利用V-DEP理论对重点产品的坯损和烧成的主要缺陷进行数据收集和原因分析，采取改善措施。
Base on V-DEP way,pay close attention to key defect of green and 1F cull of main product , include collect data /analyse/take improvement action.
对所在区域生产流程改善的有效性负责；
Responsible for advance precess effectively.
对所在区域产品质量的改进负责。
Responsible for improve the quality.
