1. Conduct material checking, during production and final product inspections and provide solutions to solve quality issues

执行原材料，大货中期和尾期的检验；提供有关质量问题的解决方案。


- Inspect materials, spec, safety, color, measurements, labels, function and overall quality

检验产品材质，规格，安全性，确认颜色，尺寸，产品标贴，功能和其他质量要求。


- Prepare, consolidate, update and file inspection reports or quality data summaries

按要求及时完成验货报告，并保证检验数据的更新和准确。


- Provide technical advice to factories to solve production and quality problems

提供给工厂质量问题的解决方案和建议


- follow up factories’ corrective action and escalate timely for issues

跟进供应商的改善方案并及时通报出现的问题



2. Provide QA advice to factories before and during the manufacturing process

在大货前期和生产中，提供生产技术建议给供应商


- Communicate customers quality requirements to factories

沟通或培训客户的质量要求


- Check if material used for bulk production is of acceptable quality

检验大货材料


- Anticipate quality issues that may arise in the manufacturing process

评估和预见生产中可出现问题


3. Perform other duties as assigned by Management

执行上级指定的其他质量管理相关任务




Job Requirements:

职位要求

Education Level: College or university graduate

大专以上学历


2.Years of Experience: 5 years or above experiences in hardgoods and lighting manufacturing Industry or Buying/trading office for US/EU Market.

五年或以上在家具行业或者相关欧美公司技术和质检经验


3. Sound product knowledge for lighting, metal, glass, poly and ceramic ware.


具备丰富的家具，木材，五金，玻璃，树脂，陶瓷等产品知识


4.Language Skills: Good on written English, intermediate level of oral English；Good communication skill

语言要求：良好英文书写，可进行基本英文对话；良好沟通技巧

5. Familiar with US & Canada regulation，safety requirement and testing requirement on hardline product will be preference.

熟悉北美杂货产品相关的法律法规，安全性要求和测试要求者优先


6.Computer Skills: Able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc) professionally.

熟悉和熟练应用微软办公室软件
