Main Tasks:
主要任务:
• Management of staff selection, supervision and expenditure control against budget
负责员工的招聘选取事宜,监督管理并控制费用在预算之内。
• To verify suitability, qualifications and ability of selected employees
核实录用的员工是否适合本岗位,是否有能力胜任本职工作。
• Responsible for identifying training requirements and assist in mentoring of staff
负责员工培训要求,并协助担任员工顾问。
• Take full responsibility for Company Operational, Health and Safety, Security and Fire Standards
负责公司的运作,健康安全标准和防火标准。
• To ensure all staff records are kept upto date.
负责将员工信息及时更新。
• To monitor staff performance and ensure staff remain fully motivated
监督工人的工作表现,确保每位员工都能积极主动的工作。
• To ensure reward/penalty scheme is documented and implemented.
负责制定员工奖惩方案,并落实执行。
• To assist in arbitration/negotiation when required
必要时,协助劳资纠纷仲裁协商。
• To verify all local employment regulations are strictly adhered to
负责核实当地有关劳动雇佣的规章制度,并严格遵守执行。
• To prevent churn and ensure high retention of staff
能阻止工人聚众闹事,罢工等问题。
• Reporting and communicating to Senior Management Team
与高级管理人员交流汇报工作情况。
• Any other tasks as directed by the Senior Management Team
执行高级管理人员指派的其他任务。
Required skills
所需技能
• Computer Literacy (Microsoft office) preferred.
会计算机办公软件者优先。
• English Language Skills an advantage but not essential
会英语者优先。
• Previous Experience in a personnel management role
有人事管理经验。
• Awareness of Chinese and local Health and Safety requirements and regulations
知晓中国和本地健康安全标准和规章制度。
