Main Tasks:
主要任务：
• To place and co-ordinate orders from various internal and external supply lines, in conjunction with production managers and production planners.
在生产经理和计划经理的协助下，恰当排列协调国际国内的供应途径。
• To ensure on time delivery and/or completion of orders to enable end customer order completion.
确保所有订单的相关运输都能及时完成。
• To liaise with external suppliers and track incoming deliveries

• To liaise with internal production facilities to ensure timely production
联络公司的生产设备供应商，确保其能及时生产。
• To co-ordinate arrival and departure of shipping containers for export to the UK
协调跟踪出口英国的集装箱的到达、离开时间。
• To supervise loading and co-ordinate loading teams, and to collate and produce all shipping related documentation
监督指导装卸组员工，以控制装卸时间；整理制作所有相关装运的文件。
• Preparation of any further reports as required.
负责制作其他所需报告。
• Any other tasks as directed by the Senior Management Team.
执行高级管理人员指派的其他任务。


Required skills
所需技能

• Fully Computer Literate including all Microsoft office applications and accountancy software packages (Preferably SAGE, or alternatively SAP or equivalent)
计算机能力要求: 办公软件的应用和财务软件的应用（SAGE, SAP 或其他类似软件的应用）。
• Logistics Management Experience
物流/后勤管理经验。
• Previous Experience in an import/export company preferred
有进出口公司工作经验者优先。
• English Language Skills an advantage but not essential
会英语者优先。

Education教育背景
Secondary level or higher, experience more important than educational level
高中学历以上，相关经验尤为重要。
