Job requirements:
1.College degree or above, at least 3 years foreign factory training working experience；
2.Good command of English, good computer skill , Microsoft word , excel, PPT etc；
3.Ability of coordination and organization, active and positive character in communication,can work independently.

Job responsibilities:
1.Establish and continuously improve the training system； Outline the training policy, ensure efficient implementation in the whole training process from planning to completion of the training；
2.Training requirement survey of the target area for all levels according to companys business strategy and employee development needs；
3.Implement the monthly training plan according to annual training plan, monitor and report on the implementation progress；
