Job Requirement:
Engineering bachelor or above；
At least 5 years experience of production management in manufacturing
At least 2 years management experience, team managed more than 20 persons
Familiar with the LEAN production,TS16949, ISO14000 knowledge.
Excellent Managerial, supervisory and team building skills to direct and lead staff.
Excellent presentation skills, Good verbal and written communication capability in English.
Work under high pressure,good communication skills.


Job Responsibilities:
Lead the production & engineering team to fulfill the targets of output, scrap rate, on-time delivery；
Optimize the operation activities to reduce overall production & material cost；
Continuous improvement to the operation efficiency and productivity；
Elaborate, manage and control annual budget with monthly reviews for prior results and the forecast for the future；
Follow up on approved projects, using teamwork and holding regular reviews to check on strategy and work on solving problems；
Manage expenses to meet the financial goals of the organization；
Assure the quality policies are being adhered to through active participation as a Quality System team member.
