l 汇总当月的成本节约、定单完成情况及其他所定的目标完成情况给采购经理，并讨论采取的相应措施；
Summarize cost saving, fulfillment of orders for each month, and provide the report to purchasing manager for taking further actions.
l 预测物品采购成本，并紧密地控制和管理各物品采购成本，配合公司节约成本方针，有效降低采购成本；
