MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, Install, Configure, Manage and Monitor Servers and Core equipment (Storage Array, Tape machine, UPS) at all DCHIN/Asia sites
- Plan, Install, Configure, Monitor, Maintain core Systems at all DCHIN/Asia sites: Windows Server 2003/2008, SQL Server, DB2, File Server, Domain Controller, Terminal Server, Lotus Domino Server, Sorting Server, StreamMedia Server, ACS, DNS, IIS, DHCP, Backup/Restore system, Windows Server Update Services
- Control, Register, Log, License and Trouble-shoot Sever-based applications like: Kingdee, PowerWord, AutoCAD, VNC, Dameware, CATIA, Sorting, Facility management software, UPS alarming application, Lotus Domino
- Develop and mangage Data backup/restore, Disaster recovery for Servers, systems and end-users, ensure stability and avaibility of system and business data.
- Duravit IS/IT projects management and control like: ISO Website, CRM, PLM, DEBS/T, WW, Screen Savers (CI)
- Provide direct professional support to Duravit Asia and China staff regarding to various IS/IT systems on a daily basis.
- Provide end-user training on a series of application programs.


PREREQUISITE JOB QUALIFICATION
- University graduation or equivalent, major in computer science or related
- Over 5 years experiences with Microsoft server and systems management, MCSE is needed.
- Understand the infrastructure of mail system, administration experiences on IBM Lotus/Domino is a good plus
- Hands-on experience of administration on Microsoft SQL Server or other prevailing database
- Knowledge of computer hardware and related trouble-shootings
- Ability to understand cultural differences, working background in foreign ventures is a good plus
- Personal integrity, strong sense of duty and strong team-building spirits, work hard and can work overtime, strong loyalty to company
- Good communication skills: express ideas and concepts effectively in an appropriate manner to collegues, supervisors and others both verbal and written
