Main Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain regular contact with major specifies, mechanical contractors, designers, builders, developers, and the lodging industry within the assigned area.
* Identify and recommend appropriate promotional and support material required to enhance the image of Duravit within the project market and new residential market.
* Coordinate and implement presentations to major specifies, mechanical contractors, designers, builders, developers and the lodging industry to introduce new products, assist in selecting product, writing proposals, specifications and obtaining approval of Duravit products.
* Work with local government authorities and inspectors to assure specific local approvals, listings or product standard tests.
* Coordinate and suggest company participation in industry associations and trade shows to promote Duravit products.
* Educate distributor personnel with regard to Duravit Chinas project and new residential programs and the process involved in requesting quotations, submitting and releasing orders for jobs.
* Prepare and maintain required reports and forms related to daily sales activities, expenses, correspondence, etc.
* Coordinate and administer sales support materials, i.e. audio-visual equipment, literature, displays, product samples, catalogs and other sales materials.

Requirement:
-College degree or above, be proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially in OA system. Basic English is required.
-At least 5 years sales experiences,mainly in structural material industry will be preferred.
-Familiar with sales channel in North China region, including retail and project sales. Good relationship with local developer, designer, and contractor.
-Capacity to develop business independently in north. Aggressive, responsible and diligent, required frequently biz trip.
