POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Customer Service Correspondent, Asia Pacific
Department: Asia Customer Service Center
Division: Kohler Asia Pacific Co. Ltd.
Group: Kitchen and Bath
BASIC FUNCTIONS
Under the supervision of the Sr Warranty Service Administrator, Asia Pacific, is responsible for quotation/order processing and daily communication with internal departments and external customers.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide quality service and act as a key contact window for Kohler Distributors.
To performance accurate system entry on inquiries, quotations, orders and other related document in a timely manner
To process and track inquiries, quotations, orders and other procedures by coordination with different departments according to the Company Policy and Standard Operation Procedure
To communicate with departments eg. Marketing, Sales, Finance and other Supply Chain departments to perform coordination on the internal process
To communicate with internal plants on the production, delivery and shipment schedule to meet the delivery request from customers.
To communicate with external customers to send related documents and confirm related information from Kohler.
To assist supervisor to provide the sales report and other reports requested.
Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
Reports to Sr.Warranty Service Administrator, Asia Pacific
Frequent contact with Kohler Distributors and Project Accounts.
Frequent internally contacts with Manufacturing Plants, Sales Office, Marketing Dept., Finance Dept. and other Supply Chain Dept. in Kohler
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
College or above graduate with good language skills, major in International Trading is a plus
2 years previous experience with import/export trading or international logistics business
Good English both in oral and written
Familiar with MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) softwares
Good Interpersonal/Communication skills
Experience with SAP system
Be able to work under pressure
