POSITION: (Sr.)HR Specialist
BASIC FUNCTIONS
Under the direction of the Associate HR manager, be responsible for all personnel related services including HR information and records maintenance, recruitment and selection, HR policies formulation, employee services, labor regulations compliance, etc and support on talent development for all offices in the South East and North East Asia Pacific Regions. Maintain positive relationships with internal and external relevant departments and parties. Perform other related duties as required.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the whole recruitment process including job posting, liaison with recruitment agencies, screening CVs and short-listing of candidates, interviewing candidates for non-managerial positions.
Track the interview process and work together with line managers to make recruitment decision.
New Hire & Exit: Handling the signing process of labor contract, including new staff and original staff and ensuring proper handling of exit of departing employees in accordance with the employee new hire and exit processes.
Support on headcount budgeting.
Take charge of maintenance of staff information, weekly & monthly HR reports and conduct analysis based on the reports.
Support on talent development: including some leadership programs, performance assessment, individual development plan and succession planning. Take charge of maintenance of Talent Manager System and keep the talent information up to date.
Coach and advise the business management team on employee relations, performance management and other HR matters.
RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
Reports to the Associate HR Manager
Frequent contacts with the line/functional department of Kohler Asia Pacific
Some contacts with the Corporate HR staff
External contacts with the headhunter, agencies, labor bureau and government agencies, etc.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree in relevant discipline
At least three years relevant working experiences in a multi-national company
Strong communication skill, familiar with different cultures
Have a good understanding of PRC laws and regulations
Fluent English and good computer skill
Strong teamwork spirit, open minded, customer orientated
Talent development experience will be a plus
