Reports to : Senior Design Engineer
JOB PURPOSE
The Draughtsman will report to, and actively work with the Senior Design Engineer. The Draughtsman will be responsible for the production of all visual media. The draughtsman will be required to
•； produce and maintain current product drawings and any other relevant visual media (images, video, PowerPoint presentations, etc)
•； produce and maintain current production item drawings (QA process fixture, lab fixtures, etc)
•； catalogue and archive past and present production visual media
•； compare and report on product drawing revisions
•； research and incorporate customer or Senior Design Engineer driven changes into product drawings
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Product Visualization:
Work with the Senior Design Engineer and assist in producing
•； Product drawings,
•； Product related manuscripts and/or
•； Product related images, videos, PowerPoint presentations etc. if required.
2. Produce, update and maintain current product drawings:
•； Make authorized changes to drawings
•； Ensure that all current product drawings reflect the latest revisions:
All drawings reflect the latest ECN’s in the change box
All drawing title-blocks reflect the latest revision based on changes.
3. Work with the QA Manger to produce and maintain current QA production fixture, jig and go/no-go gauge drawings
4. Make sure all drawings are properly cataloged, stored, and backed-up according to the catalogue guide.
5. Process customer & supplier drawings
•； Read, understand and compare customer & supplier drawings.
•； Research, understand, and verify the drawing impact on the company and its suppliers and issue reports.
6. Performing additional duties as directed by supervisors.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Good knowledge with computer systems, good working knowledge of AutoCAD and Pro E is a must.
2. +3 years relevant draughtsman working experience.
3. Must possess a high degree of integrity.
4. Good English Language skills, with listening, oral, reading and writing ability.
5. Experience in International Company and/or foreign invested Company in relevant industry for more than three (3) years is desirable.
