Location : Hangzhou
Reports to : Project Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Creating and maintaining the database of all documents and drawings, keeping it updated if needed and making sure the database works efficient and controls the documents well.
2. Following the direction of Project Manager to develop the policies and set the data dictionary of the numbering system, proper controlling of revisions received either from an outside contractor, regulatory authority or internally generated requirement.
3. Maintaining the access of documents and drawings database to make sure only authorized person can update, upload, read or download the related documents and drawings.
4. Ensuring all hard copies of the documents and drawings are always kept up-to-date with the soft copies.
5. Administrating and implementing the backup and restore of the database of the documents and drawings.
6. Working together with the IT supporting to ensure the reliability and the security of the database.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Major in archive/record management, librarianship or relevant field.
2. Good knowledge of computer systems, high skill set in using Microsoft Office Software, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and/or others.
3. +3 years relevant document and drawings administration working experience.
4. Must possess a high degree of integrity.
5. Good English Language skills, with listening, oral, reading and writing ability.
6. Experience in International Company and/or foreign invested Company in relevant industry for more than three (3) years is preferred.
