Location : Hangzhou
Reports to : Quality Assurance Manager
JOB PURPOSE
The Wet Test Supervisor will train and lead the team to ensure that all products are fully tested according to the prescribed Inspection Criteria. He/she should make sure that the wet testing procedures are absolutely implemented and adhered to, processed smoothly and efficiently to meet customer quality standards and other market based statutory requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Training and leading the Wet Test team to ensure that all products are fully tested according to the required Inspection Criteria.
2. Analyzing, diagnosing and correcting the abnormal situation promptly once it happens. Leading continuous improvement in the process.
3. Being responsible for the maintenance of test equipments to improve the efficiency of the test equipment and decrease the downtime.
4. Controlling and monitoring the daily operation of wet testing to make sure the testing data is properly recorded and documented.
5. Complete knowledge of the test procedures and operations, test bench/equipments procedures and manuals, spec sheets, diagrams, product schematics, product specs to comprehend all the testing requirements.
6. Assisting the QA Manager to develop the detailed procedures for ceramic wet testing and suggest improvements to the testing procedure wherever needed.
7. Assisting the QA Manager to refine test bench/equipments jigs, test procedures, software and firmware needed.
8. Assisting the QA Manager to set up and debug the test programs or specifications for new or existing products.
9. Cooperating with Dry Test, Lab and Assembly sections to ensure an efficient production process.
10. Visiting suppliers to discuss quality issue improvement actions if & when needed.
REQUIREMENTS
1. College education or above, in engineering, automation, electronic technology or other relevant majors.
2. 3+ years experience as a person in charge of directly managing sanitary ceramic function testing.
3. Good English Language skills, with listening, oral, reading and writing ability..
4. Have working knowledge of ASME and IAPMO standards.
5. Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or others.
6. Well organized and self-disciplined.
7. Hard working, responsible, and a good team player.
8. Must possess a high degree of integrity.
